A small rural town on the shore of Lake Superior in
Northeastern
Minnesota, about 128 miles from Duluth and 18 miles from Grand
Marais, Minnesota.
Wilderness Run is located in the Grand Portage State Forest.
The entire development is approximately 240 acres that has been
platted into 11 parcels; 10 parcels that are approximately 20
acres each and 1 larger parcel that is approximately 31 acres. A private road provides access
to each parcel from the intersection of Camp 20 Road/County Road 70 and the Flute Reed
Road. Electric and phone utilities will be provided to each parcel, a
home owners association, road maintenance agreement, covenants and common
sense restrictions will be provided for the entire plat. |
