Currently there are two DISCLOSURES required before parcels can be
sold.
1.
SELLER'S VACANT LAND DISCLOSURE
STATEMENT
These docs disclose the condition of the property and are required
to sell vacant land in Minnesota.
2.
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
from the
State of Minnesota.
Before any Real
Estate Salesperson licensed in Minnesota can show you ANY
PROPERTY you must be provided with the disclosure called
"
AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS IN REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS
" from the
State of Minnesota.
MINNESOTA
LAW REQUIRES that early in any relationship, real estate
brokers or salespersons discuss with consumers what type of agency
representation or relationship they desire.
This document has very good info that all buyers or sellers should know. Please print
it and become familiar with all the agency options, it is
required before we get serious about discussing what type of property
you're seeking to
purchase. If you have trouble downloading or opening this .pdf form we
will gladly mail you it or fax it to you. Call Toll Free 877.387.2075
or 218.387.2075. The available options that a real
estate agency can offer you are explained on the form. This is not
a contract. This is an agency disclosure form only. If you desire
representation you must enter into a written contract, according to
state law (a Listing Contract or a Buyer Representation Contract).
Until such time as you choose to enter into a written contract for
representation, you will be treated as a customer and will not
receive any representation from the broker or salesperson. The
broker or sales person will be acting as a Facilitator (see
paragraph V on form), unless the broker or sales person is
representing another party, as described on form. |
