As of August 14th we have been approved for
preliminary
plat status; Parcels can now be purchased and placed in a pending status. Parcels cannot be closed until we have final plat approval from
Cook County. As we gain our final approvals from Cook County
we will update the plat map below.
Lake Superior is about 602ft above sea
level. There are Lake Superior views from selected parcels. Contour
lines on map below are in 10ft increments and indicate that parcels are
approximately 500ft to 700ft above Lake Superior.
Zoning classification for
each parcel is FAR 1. [Forest/Agricultural/Recreational
20 acre minimum.]

Cook County also has published the "Property Owner's
Resource Guide" available at the Courthouse or
download here. The land bordering the north side of plat is Minnesota Dept. of Natural Resources, and the land south of the
southwest corner parcel is owned by the State of Minnesota and Cook
County, per the Cook County Recorder's Office.
