Price Sheet / Preliminary Plat Map

As of August 14th we have been approved for preliminary plat status; Parcels can now be purchased and placed in a pending status. Parcels cannot be closed until we have final plat approval from Cook County.  As we gain our final approvals from Cook County we will update the plat map below.

Lake Superior is about 602ft above sea level. There are Lake Superior views from selected parcels. Contour lines on map below are in 10ft increments and indicate that parcels are approximately 500ft to 700ft above Lake Superior.

Zoning classification for each parcel is FAR 1. [Forest/Agricultural/Recreational 20 acre minimum.]

The FAR 1 zoning ordinance definitions are on page 3 of the Cook County Zoning Ordinance - Article 4 - Zone Districts and a quick reference chart is available also regarding set backs and lot sizes.

Cook County also has published the "Property Owner's Resource Guide" available at the Courthouse or download here.

The land bordering the north side of plat is Minnesota Dept. of Natural Resources, and the land south of the southwest corner parcel is owned by the State of Minnesota and Cook County, per the Cook County Recorder's Office.
